Je suis très heureuse de vous annoncer que j'enseigne à partir du 3 Septembre au Red Earth Centre!!!

I am very proud to announce that I will be teaching as of September 3rd at the Red Earth Center!!!

Vous pouvez aller voir chaque rubrique pour le Yoga Prénatal, Postnatal, pour Adulte et les massages Bébé.

Avec Elizabeth Echlin, Hypnothérapeute, nous rassemblons nos talents dans

"Autour du Bébé / Birth and Beyond" en vous proposant des cours complémentaires tels que :

- la relaxation pour la naissance

- le yoga prénatal, le yoga postnatal, les ateliers de massages pour bébés

Nous préparons quelques stages pour les couples qui attendent un bébé !!!!!! A suivre !
